KBD Collective is the in-house talent agency of KBD, representing a carefully selected group of talented dancers and connecting them with professional opportunities across the creative industries.

Our aim is simple: to bridge the gap between training and the professional world, giving our dancers the opportunity to put their skills, experience and individuality into practice. From live productions and commercial work to events, music videos and creative projects, we connect KBD talent with opportunities that allow them to grow, perform and gain valuable industry experience.

KBD Collective is made up of talented, committed and versatile dancers who are professional in their approach, ready to work and passionate about what they do.

One of the key strengths of KBD Collective is the connection between our dancers. Our talent regularly train, rehearse and perform together, meaning they are already comfortable working as an ensemble and understand how to move, perform and collaborate as a team. This allows us to offer clients not only exceptional individual performers, but cohesive, versatile groups who bring a strong sense of energy, connection and professionalism to every project.

Whether you’re looking for an individual dancer, a specialist performer or a full team, KBD Collective offers industry-ready talent with the training, versatility and attitude to make an impact.
