Lyrical: Movement with Emotion at KBD Dance
Lyrical combines ballet with jazz and uses music with a story to inspire the movement of the dancers. In this class we focus on strong emotion through movement using a range of music genres.
Lyrical is a great style for teenagers to learn because they can easily relate to the emotional content. It is also great for all abilities, including beginners, as there is more focus on individual style than exact dance moves. This class is for Year 4 suitable for all abilities and above and runs in a friendly, supportive environment where students are encouraged to move with confidence, freedom and expression.
